As a courtesy to all our patients, we do file
all primary and secondary insurances. We
do accept Medicare Assignment. We are
participating providers with several insurance
companies. please check your insurance
with our billing department. If your
insurance requires Pre-certification, please let
us know ASAP. Many insurance companies may
take up to two weeks.
Payment is generally due at
time of service. If you are unable to pay,
please contact the billing department to set up
a payment plan prior to your scan or procedure. |
